If you had not already heard, there will be a Parent/Community Forum next Monday at Blair High School to Discuss Public Safety and other issues surrounding last weekend's tragic shooting.
Councilmember Ervin, County Executive Leggett, the Recreation, Health and Human Service, Police, and Transit departments, local non-profits, and business and community organizations will be present.

This meeting will continue to provide students with a place to heal and begin to address the safety and anger issues in the community.
Agenda for Meeting:
* Poetry Slam for students
* County Resources for Counseling & Grief- Department of Health & Human Services
* Remarks from County Executive- Ike Leggett
* Updates from transportation officials and Montgomery County Police Department
Small Group discussions will be divided by language for translation services- the following are responsible for facilitating the discussions:

Amharic – IDENTITY Location: Room 124
Vietnamese- Maryland Vietnamese Mutual Association
